He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewald Nagel and Carrie Nagel; his sisters, Donna Westlund and June Sycks; his niece Patty Finney; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Westlund, Vern Chelte, Jack Finney, Duane "Chum" Sycks and Ernie Richardson.
He is survived by: his wife Johanna "Jenny" Miller; his daughter Lisa (Erik); his grandchildren, Sam and Ty; his daughter Sarah (Derek); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Dawson and Brandon; his daughter Kristen (Nate); his grandsons, Wesley and Dylan; his daughter Laura (Jesse); and his siblings, Richard Nagel (Kay), Gladys Chelte and Sandy Richardson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
