It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorraine Hoopman (Hackensack, Minnesota), who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Helleckson and Hilda Helleckson; her siblings, Dorothy Troop, Curtis Helleckson and Iona Helleckson; her husband Ralph Andrew "Andy" Hoopman; and her daughter Janice Klosner.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Hoopman (Judy), Larry Hoopman, Steven Hoopman, David Hoopman, Brian Hoopman (Meg Hostetler), Douglas Hoopman, Shirley Mace and Marcia Rice. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that memorials be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
