He is survived by: his children, Bryce Fank (Faalagi Poisson) and Patience Fank; his parents, John Fank and Marilyn Fank; his sisters, Amy Franke (Jeff) and Melissa Haerter (Rick); his nieces, Caitlin Hoffmann (Carl) and Emily Haerter; his nephew Evan Haerter; and his great-niece Claire Hoffmann. He is also survived by other relatives, friends.
