She was predeceased by: her parents, George Polansky and Mary Polansky (Musial); her son Donavon; her husband Donald Verbout; and her siblings, Lawrence, George, Eugene (Marge), Harold and Mary Ann (Robert).

She is survived by: her children, Naomi Johnson (Leon) of Goodridge, MN, Linda Hermanson (Timothy) of Rush City, MN, Dale Verbout (Sherry) of Roseau, MN and Lisa Verbout (Ryan Clark) of Moorhead, MN; her daughter-in-law Shirley Wegley (Bruce) of Goodridge, MN; her grandchildren, Kristy Treat (Tyson), Dominick Hermanson (Minde), Jenny Johnson, Gabriel Hermanson (Tenille), Chad Johnson, Jasmine Verbout, Madison Verbout, Alexander Verbout and Gabriel Clark; her great grandchildren, Ryker Treat, Tayler Treat, Brevyn Treat, Anthony Hermanson, Hunter Hermanson, Carter Hermanson, Caden Hermanson, Mariyah Hermanson, Clayton Johnson and Mason Johnson; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Polansky and Clara Polansky. She is also survived by 17 Godchildren and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
