She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Pierskalla and Dorothy Pierskalla (Smith); her husband Eugene "Gene" Brinkman; her granddaughter Jocelyn Rae Boos; her siblings, Howard, Judy Pierskalla, Doris Kostreba and Sandra Pierskalla; and her brothers-in-law, Tom Silbernick and Ken Stoermann.
She is survived by: her children, Patty O'Konek (Kevin) of South Haven, Danny Brinkman (Renee) of Sauk Rapids, David Brinkman (Joyce) of Grey Eagle, Darrell Brinkman (Eileen) of Little Falls, Pam Schmiesing (John) of Avon, Margaret "Peg" Hellermann (Rick) of Melrose, Marc Brinkman (Julie) of Grey Eagle, Mike Brinkman (Krista) of Sartell, Kathy Boos (Jeff) of Sauk Rapids, Marvin Brinkman (Jody) of Pequot Lakes, Karen Middendorf (Glen) of Sartell and Mary Jean Brinkman (Morgan Wilson) of Portland, Oregon; her sisters, Joan Silbernick of Little Falls, Carol Spoden (Gary) of Foley and Linda Stoermann of Avon; and her brother-in-law Philip Kostreba of Holdingford. She is also survived by 38 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
