He is survived by: his sons, Travis Middendorf of Grey Eagle and Trevor Middendorf (Rachel Strzelecki) of Sartell; his stepson William Boyes of Grey Eagle; his girlfriend Jeanie Boyes of Grey Eagle; his stepgrandchildren, Molly and Gabe Tickler of Ohio; and his siblings, Daniel Middendorf of Upsala, JoAnn Voller (David) of Upsala, Dennis Middendorf of Melrose, Glen Middendorf of Melrose and Diane Herzog (Allen) of Upsala.
