He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Putman Mullen and Carrie May Mullen; and his wife LaVerne Helen. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Summerfield (Kent), Lee Mullen and Fay Mullen (Mark); his grandchildren, Douglas Summerfield (Melissa), Janice Duncan (Jeremy) and Daniel Summerfield (Rebecca); and his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Garrett, Campbell, Elliott, Malcolm and Ezekiel.
