He is survived by: his wife Eileen Waage; his daughter Tanya Marie (Mark); his grandchildren, Andrew Glad and Jordan Glad of Greenbush; his brother Loren Melby (Karen) of Badger; his nephew Jamie Melby (Nicki) of Anoka; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Russell, Justin and Madison; his nephew Gabe Melby (Katie) of Belle Plaine; his grandson Alexander; and also, Lilli and Beau Loren.
