She was predeceased by: her parents, William Puttbrese and Marcella Puttbrese (Vanous); and her siblings, William, Roy, Albert, Anton, Heman, Edward Puttbrese, Darlene Puttbrese and Daisy Joy Cantrell.

She is survived by: her husband Alvin Sather; her children, Aldyn (Brenda), Rick (Trish) and Tracy Halbakken (Nathan); and her siblings, Rudy Puttbrese (Butch), Carol Paine, Kay Lee and Ginny Johnson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
