We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2025, at the age of 96, Elaine Luoto of Greenbush, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Nelson and Tina Nelson (Scramstad); her husband Martin Luoto; her siblings, Leonard Nelson, Duane Nelson and Maxine Larson; her siblings-in-law, Marvin Larson, John Luoto, Richard Luoto, Robert Clark, Joanne Nelson, Karina Mickelson, Evelyn Luoto, Rosalie Chase and Arlene Luoto; and her parents-in-law, Olga and John Luoto.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Nelson and Sylvia Clark. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service (420 Labree Ave, Thief River Falls, MN 56701). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
