He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlow Grant and Dagmar Grant (Thompson); his daughter Katherine; and his siblings, Robert Grant, Jerome Grant and Mary Schmiesing (Karan).
He is survived by: his wife Jane Brown; his children, Kevin Grant (Mary) of Minneapolis, MN, Kathy Westmoreland (Jeff) of Knoxville, TN and Michael Grant of Fairbanks, AK; his grandchildren, Sarah Ellis (Nick), Joseph Westmoreland, Amy Grant and David Grant; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Cammie and Mason; and his sister-in-law Deanna Grant of Milan, MN. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
