Walter Chase Obituary

We bid farewell to Walter Chase of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 6, 2024 at the age of 90. Walter touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Chase and Alice Chase; his sister Patricia Chase; his sons, Steven Chase and Richard Chase; his brothers, Dennis Chase and Robert Chase; his aunt Jean Christopherson; and his siblings-in-law, David Smith, Lois Berg, Judy Berg and Sandy Chase.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Chase of Peter's Lutheran Church; his daughter Diane Chase; his siblings, Elizabeth Birdseye (Craig), Jim Chase (Teresa) and Greg Chase (Carlene); and his sister-in-law Kathy Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and four great-great- nieces; and one great-great-nephew.
