She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Deutsch and Margarite Deutsch; and her husband Sidney. She is survived by: her children, Lester Flem (Jennifer) of Grand Rapids, MN, Eric Flem (Stacie) of Northport, NY and Shana Shurson (Stephen) of Maple Plain, MN; her grandchildren, Brian Flem (Nga), Jeremy Flem (Rosa), Christopher Flem (Juanita), Sydney Flem, Ana Shurson and Alek Shurson; her great grandchild Suti; and her brothers, Klaus Deutsch and Ralf Deutsch. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
