He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Walters and Lorraine Walters (Kalstad); his wife Myrle Jeanne Ramel; and his daughter Sandi. He is survived by: his son Ken Walters (Hope); his grandsons, Cole (Danielle) and Dain; and his siblings, Marge, Doug (Jan), Ken (Lisa), Kathleen and Sue.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (315 SW 21st St, Grand Rapids, MN 55744). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Wildwood Cemetery (1102 Central Ave, Cohasset, MN 55721).
