She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Woodworth, Sr. and Alyce Woodworth. She is survived by: her children, Kimberlee Shields, Patrick Mahoney, Jr. and Zach Mahoney. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and numerous brothers and sisters.
