With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon M. Salaba Nelson of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on November 14, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Art" Carroll and Evelyn Carroll (Jandro) of Faribault, MN.; her sons, Ron Jr. Sharon and Ronald Salaba Jr.; and also, Joseph, Evelyn Salaba, Herb and Barb Dropps.
She is survived by: her former husband Ron Salaba; her children, Chris, Jodi and Mary Kay; her husband Daryl Nelson of Grand Rapids; her children, Theresa Meyer (Lance), Diane Strauss (Blaine), Rick Salaba (Deb) and CJ Salaba (Tracy); her grandchildren, Ashley Snediker (Jake), Patrick Meyer (Sam), Parker Meyer (Sheila), Ellie Walker (Xavier), Jacob Salaba and Tommy Salaba; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Snediker, Everett Snediker, Brantley Meyer and Creed Meyer; and her brother Patrick Carroll. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
