He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin "Ed" Harrison Kuykendall, Sr. and Dorothy Whitmire Kuykendall; his siblings, Martha Carol Jackson and Edwin Harrison Kuykendall, Jr.; his stepson William Robert Denver; and his grandsons, Benjamin Elisha Schrader and Matthew Hans Toonstra.
He is survived by: his significant other Kelley Jean Denver; his daughter Dorothy Caroline Huskey (Jeremiah); his stepchildren, Robbie Schrader (Max), Cody Denver (Jennifer), Megan Toonstra (Evan), Taylor Denver, Jesse Denver (Nichole), Amy Herrick (Richard), Laura Denver, Noah Denver, Emma Denver and Joseph Denver; and his sisters, Cindy Bartlett (Everett) and Becky Greene (Ralph). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews and many, many dear friends.
