He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian C Zumbrunen; and his wife Neva Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Tim Lewis (Laura Degree) and Vickie Hartley; his close friend Terri Winger; his brother Dean Zumbrunen; and his grandchildren, Becca Welham (Seth), Kelsey Lewis (Dan Cruikshank), David Hartley and Breana Hartley.
