He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald B. Hafar and Grace M. Hafar (McCullough); and his nephew Kyle Kortekaas. He is survived by: his daughters, Sammi Jo Hayes (Shadrack), Bobbi Lynn Hafar (Michael Craig) and Angela Jean Cote; his granddaughters, Tanisha Lenze, Rayne Hayes, Penelope Hayes and Athena Craig; his great grandchild James Lenze; his sisters, Donna Damm and Diane Kortekaas (Dennis); and his niece Klowie Fields. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews; cousins and friends.
