It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Cemensky of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on January 18, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Cemensky and Emily Cemensky; and his brother Richard Cemensky. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sons, Todd (Lynn) and Charles (Sheila); his brother Leo Cemensky; his grandchildren, Tommy, Meaghan, Briana Schmitt (Peter) and Cameren; his great grandchildren, Louis, Evelynn and Charles Schmitt; and his sister-in-law LaVaughn Cemensky.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the donor's choice.
