She was predeceased by: her parents, John Happel and Kathryn Happel; her husband Conrad; her daughter Gay Paulette Hanson; and her siblings, Dorothy Adam, Darel Happel and Bob Happel.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Bennett (Gene) of Grand Rapids, MN and Dale Hanson (Laurie) of Cohasset, MN. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church (735 NE 1st Ave, Grand Rapids, MN 55744). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
