He is survived by: his wife Brenda Counts of John's Lutheran Church; his daughters, Karen ZumMallen-Danner of Maplewood, MN and Karrie ZumMallen-Mace of Cass Lake, MN; his siblings, Kathleen Susan Mulder (Grant), Mary Kaiser (Mike) and Carl ZumMallen; and his grandchildren, Logan, Simon, William, Charles, Keegan and Kendrick.
