He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anna and Abraham Hager; his uncle Omer Hager; and his mother-in-law Patricia Sailsbery. He is survived by: his parents, Alex Hager and Fran Hager; his wife Brooke; his daughter Anika; and his siblings, Karen Jorstad and Chad Hager. He is also survived by several nieces, cousins, aunts, and uncle.
