It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Nell Dorholt of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, who passed away on October 8, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Pearl Donaldson (Big Mama) and Ester Verbein Woodham; her siblings, Joanne Swartz (Miss Woodie), Paul Woodham, Kay Hicks, Thomas C Woodham (Buddy), La Rue Woodham, James Hamilton Felder (Hamp), Judson Felder (Judd) and Norma Roberts; and her grandson Derek Dorholt.
She is survived by: her husband Denny Dorholt; her children, Connie Sutherland (Roger), Lisa Figgins (Kevin), Suzie Masurka (Kevin), David Dorholt (Kelly) and Dean Dorholt (Tonya); her grandchildren, Jesse Sutherland (Ashley), Jared Sutherland (Bekah) and Jacob Sutherland; and her great grandchildren, Jay, Lindsay Helland (Josh), Nick Scherf, Danika Masurka, Jessica Reed (Jonathan), Lisa Tracy (Chad), Donald, Rose, Hunter, Kaden, Hailey, Kevin, Harley Estey (Steve), Hannah Danforth (Colton), Samuel Figgins, Emily Frol (Matt), Drew Dorholt (Carly), Clara, Amanda Dorholt and Emma Dorholt (Noah).
She was a very active member at Zion Lutheran Church, the American Heart Association, President of the North Star Women's Club, Ritual of Jewels-Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and the Minnesota Federation of Women's Club.
