He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Motherway and Edward Kranik (Susan). He is survived by: his son Mark Motherway (Christina); and his grandchildren, Gina Motherway (Jude Hoey) and Cael Motherway.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (315 SW 21st St, Grand Rapids, MN 55744). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chisholm Cemetery (Chisholm, MN 55719).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
