He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Capouch and Drahomira Capouch (Chytilek); his wife Theresa Tillman; his granddaughter Ashley Capouch; and his siblings, Francis, Frank, Harold, Phillip, Raymond, Norman, Irene, Lorraine, Myra and Marie.
He is survived by: his sons, Lawrence Capouch (Debbie) of St. Michael, MN, David Capouch (Kim) of Jim Falls, WI and Thomas Capouch (Michelle) of Dayton, MN.; his grandchildren, Joshua Capouch (Amanda), Tanya Oltman (David), Jeremy Capouch, Tiffany Hoffman (Derek), Justin Capouch, Brady Capouch and Hanna Capouch; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Drake, Amelia and James.
