He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence F. Bonaventura and Wilma Bonaventura; his wife Mary Ann Fraser; and his nephew Jeffrey Petersen. He is survived by: his children, Michael Bonaventura (Annette), Suzanne Ducharme (Jim), Catherine Bonaventura (Shane Hauer) and Caroline Bonaventura (Tim Wojtowicz); his grandchild Blake Ducharme; his sister Pauline Bonaventura Bonn; his siblings-in-law, Maureen and Pete Petersen; his nephew Greg (Kelli); and his nieces, Anne and Jean. He is also survived by cousins; and many great nieces and great nephews.
