She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kemper and Mary "Lucille" Kemper; and her foster father Gerald Bertram. She is survived by: her foster mother Karen Bertram; her foster brothers, Richard Bertram (Pam), Todd Bertram (Lori), Jeff Bertram (Denise) and Mike Bertram (Debbie); and her sister Colleen Garland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
