He was predeceased by: his parents, C. A. "Chuck" Jones and Virginia Ott Jones (Ott); and his brothers, Charles A. Jones, Jr., Roger Jones and Gary Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Juliet Jones of Sydney, Australia.; his daughters, Karen C. Jones Padidar and Kristine C. Matthias (Greg); and his granddaughters, Ariani Padidar, Malia and Kira Matthias.
