With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth A. Schjenken (Grand Rapids, Minnesota), who passed away on March 29, 2022 at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, Knute Schjenken and Alma Schjenken; his daughter Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Peter Olson and Sarah Johnson; his brothers, Norman (Norma), Gordon (Annie), Marlin (Lois), Glen, Duane (Pat) and Edward; his brother-in-law Emil Gravelle; and his sons-in-law, Bill Piechowski and LeRoy Olson.

He is survived by: his wife Violet Procopio (Vi); his children, Kelly Schjenken (Vicky Lea), Vicky Johnson, Mary Ann Olson (Dan Riley) and Sandy McClellan (Dennis); his sisters, Katie Humble (Melvin), Arlene Beaty (Gene) and Deanna Gravelle (Emil); and his sister-in-law Mary Schjenken. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives.
