He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Agan and Margaret Agan; his daughter Tina Fairbanks; and his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Agan, Tim Agan and Nancy Agan.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son David Theisen of Grand Rapids, MN; his siblings, Patty Agan of Burnsville, MN and Mike Agan (Risa) of Champlin, MN; his grandchildren, Thomas Jr., Devin and Xander; and his great grandchildren, Thomas III, Chevy, Ahnilee and Rowin.
