She is survived by: her parents, Kent Hjelseth and Joni Hjelseth (Johnson); her husband Jake Van Horn; her sisters, Bettsy and Mattie Hjelseth; her parents-in-law, Jeff and Jody Van Horn; her brother-in-law Jeric Van Horn; and her close friend Simba.
