She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Heden and Rhoday Heden (Thompson); her husband Percy Halvorson; her son James; and her pet Max.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine; and her children-in-law, Richard Patras and Bonnie Jo Derryberry. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
She worked 12 years as a volunteer at Forget-Me-Not Foundation, one year at Pengilly making Christmas wreathes, and one year picking strawberries at Nordic Ridge.
