She was predeceased by: her parents, Hjalmer Erickson and Gertrude Erickson (Heikkila); her husband Herman; her brother Kenneth; her sisters-in-law, Jean Erickson, Sylvia Jones (Darl) and Aune Christie (David); and her granddaughter Brenda Aho.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Smith (Michael) of Grand Rapids, Kenneth Aho (Cynthia) of Grand Rapids and Keith Aho (Sandi) of Deer River; and her grandchildren, Derek Aho, Kenny Aho (Jessica), Becky Gilbert (Dan), Katie Hopkins (Matt) and Nicolas Aho (Jordyn). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
