He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen McCartney and Helen McCartney; and his wife Norma Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Nick McCartney (Annaliesa), Jacob McCartney (Renie) and Katie Millikan (Marcus); and his siblings, Wendy Dollansky, Nancy Carlson (Mark), Mike McCartney (Laura) and Brian Mccartney (Deb). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
