With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Colleen E. Smith of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Colleen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Colleen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mickelson and Elaine Mickelson; and her brothers, David and Bob. She is survived by: her husband Larry Smith; her children, Robyn DeVlaeminck (Mickey) of Madison Lake, MN and Jeff Smith (Jen) of Maple Grove, MN; her siblings, Ed Mickelson (Ruth) and Carol Preble (Harold); and her grandsons, Ethan and Cooper.
