He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Christy (Doug), Sandra Lofgren and Tammy Meuwissen (Ron); his grandchildren, Christopher Christy (Jennifer), Ashley Rossi, Luke Lofgren, Becky Miller, Pamela LaFrenier (Steve) and Stacey Bangert (LeeRoy); and his great grandchildren, Teagan, Finley, Kullen Christy, Booker Rossi, Alex, Emily Forrett, Addison LaFrenier, Dalton and Brittany Bangert.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church (735 NE 1st Ave, Grand Rapids, MN 55744). The military honors was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Military Honors First Evangelical Lutheran Church (735 NE 1st Ave, Grand Rapids, MN 55744).
