He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Steve Anderson (Barbara Baird), Brian Anderson (Lynda), Jennifer Anderson, Michael Ewen (Shelley), Gregory Ewen (Melissa) and Deborah Miller (Brian); his grandchildren, Sydney Jobe (Mitchell), Coleton Anderson (Madison), Bohden Anderson, Garrett Anderson, Corrynn Anderson, Wade Anderson, Gavin Barringer, Grant Ewen, Nathan Ewen and Tyler Miller; his great grandchild Kaison Jobe; his sisters-in-law, Corrine Podominich, Deb Grant, Nicole Hoops and Occupational Therapist; and also Don Mayo. He is also survived by his other extended family and many friends.

Chuck belonged to Low Vision No Vision and Parkinson's Disease Support Groups.
