She is survived by: her children, Teddy N. Melton, II, Bruce DeBusk, William DeBusk, Audie DeBusk and Tonya Tatman; her stepdaughter Tebbie Chinery; her sister Freda Ryahn; and her grandson Teddy Melton, III.
