She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Hetzer and Wilhelmina Hetzer; her brothers, Howard, Larry Hetzer, Clare Johnson and Olaf Grimsbo; and her son Mark Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Joy Rittenhouse (Paul) of Richfield, MN, Janet Johnson (Greg Mauriello) of Ludlow, VT, Holly Jacobsen (Chris) of Naperville, IL and Gerry Grimsbo (Angie) of Hermantown, MN; her cousin Bonnie Kenny; her grandchildren, Cornelius Kuhn-Larson (Bridget), Mara Baker (Rex), Greta Rittenhouse, Heidi Rittenhouse, Erik Jacobsen (Gemma Williams), Alice Johnson (Zach Scheffler), Letizia Mauriello, Taylor Grimsbo, Louisa Jacobsen, Madison Grimsbo and Kyleigh Grimsbo; and her great grandchildren, Max Baker, Hugo Kuhn-Larson and Katherine Clare Kuhn-Larson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, neighbors, and friends.
Memorials are preferred to ElderCircle, Zion Lutheran Church music department, Second Harvest Food Shelf – Grand Rapids, or St. Croix Hospice.
