He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Sween and Evelyn Sween (Skogstad); his wife Kitty Sween; his son Paul T. Sween; his daughter-in-law Joan Sween; his brother Gordon Sween; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Stier, Jerry Stier, Adrian Stier, Dave Christian and Dale Stier.
He is survived by: his friend Norm; his children, Dan Sween (Carolyn) of Grand Meadow, Douglas Sween of Rochester and Cindy Ofstedal (Doug) of Harmony; his grandchildren, Patrick Sween (Shawn) of Grand Meadow, Chuck Sween (Jen) of Rochester, Adrienne Sween of Grand Meadow, Sarah Ofstedal of Monterey, Brit Ofstedal (Megan) of Tokyo and Sheldyn Himle (Sam) of Milwaukee, WI; his great grandchildren, Kieran, Lucca, Calum, Eliot Sween, Lucia, Cohen, Fiona, Harlow Craft, Evelyn, Nina Ofstedal, Kira and Ean Ramer; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Stier (Barb), David Stier (Bonnie), Suzanne Kjeer (Tom), Sylvia Christian, Helen Stier, Marilyn Stier and Betty Sween.
Norm requested that memorials be given to Wounded Warriors, St. Luke's Children's Cancer Hospital, or a charity of your choice.
