She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blaine and Rosemary Blaine (Moorhead); and her nephew Stuart Wacheldorf. She is survived by: her husband John Ottis of Grand Marais, Minnesota; her siblings, Marcia Blaine (Debra Grove) of Omaha, Nebraska, Park Blaine (Kathleen) of Elkhorn, Nebraska and Barbara Wacheldorf (Randy) of Moorhead, Iowa; her niece Rosemary Nelson (Wacheldorf); her great-niece Penelope; and her great-nephew Roman Nelson of Omaha, Nebraska. She is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
