He is survived by: his father Curt Green; his sister Sarah Bolden (Jeremy); his nieces and nephews, Moya and Haddon of Inman; his brother Aaron (Samantha Mosier); his nieces and nephews, Jude, Parker and Bluff of Iowa; his sisters, Hannah and Mariah Green of Sioux City, Iowa; and his grandmothers, Marlys Green and Ardella Nagel. He is also survived by family members, aunts, uncles and cousins.
