He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Osborn and Leona Osborn (Letcher); his stepfather Archie Whitman; his son Garry Osborn; and his siblings-in-law, Marland Ziemer, Eldon Ziemer, Gary Ziemer, Morgan Tennyson, Don Hansen, Ervin Schultz, Kent Olsen, Delores Schultze, Julane Hansen, Alice Riggle and Lois Ziemer.
He is survived by: his wife Ardis Osborn of Fairmont, MN; his children, Jay Osborn (Amy) and Tammy Lopez; his grandchildren, Jordan Hanisch, Derek Riewe (Bri), Anthony Lopez, Ashlyn Osborn and Jace Osborn; his great grandchild Tynley; his sisters, Jan Tennyson and Shirley Olsen; and his daughter-in-law Krysta Osborn.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made in Larry's name to St James Lutheran church and school or charity of choice.
