He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Hoffman of Goodridge, MN; his daughters, Alissa Hruby (Tim) and Lacey Hruby (Joe); his grandchildren, Ellie, Abel, Ryker and Hayes; his siblings, Roger Hoffman (Celeste) of Goodridge, MN and Cheryl Kellogg (Brian) of Peru, MA; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Odette (Paul), Deonne Bakken and Denise Naeseth; his nieces and nephews, Kristen Lamontagne (Steve), Brett Bakken (Stephanie), Brady Bakken (Cejae), Brea Naeseth, Brandon Bakken (Brenna Dallager) and Cameron Naeseth (Kendra Eckman); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Anna, Noah, Hazel, Aiden and Harper; and his brothers-in-law, Jeff Bakken and Dave Naeseth. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
