He is survived by: his children, Kim Mannila (Tony) and Kevin Mandler (Carrie); his former wife Arlene Mandler; his siblings, Nellie Jensen and Roy Mandler (Nancy); and his close friend Phyllis Jarvis. He is also survived by 3 grandsons; 4 great grandchildren.
