He is survived by: his wife Therese O'Reilly; his children, Kathy Johnson of Shakopee, Cherie Bien-Coffman (Richard "Dick") of Eagan, Kerry Bien (Pat) of Goodhue, Vaughn Jr. "Bud" Bien (Bernadette) of Burnsville, Tim Bien (Denise) of Shakopee and John Bien (Andrea) of Savage; his grandchildren, Jody, Jeremiah, Kellie, Sean, Vaughn III, Megan Roehl (Scott), Tommy, Amber, Brody and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Liam, Kyler, Alissa of Alex, J. J. and Devon; his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Korte (Ryan), Tiffany Blaszer (Greg), Dan Deters (Sarah) and Joe Deters (Laura); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Abbie, Ella, Ezra, Jacob and Thomas; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Bien of Hastings and Larry O'Reilly (Jerry) of Anaheim, CA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
