It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Nord of Goodhue, Minnesota, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Nord and Rose Nord (Budenski); his wife Doris Marie Maring; his sons, Joseph and Richard; his grandsons, Joseph Rogers and Joshua Kowalkoski (Nord); his great grandchild Justin Yepez; his siblings, Donald Nord and Jean Melhouse; his siblings-in-law, Morris Melhouse, Judy Nord, Harold Maring and Shirley Maring; and his parents-in-law, Adolph and Hilda Maring.
He is survived by: his children, Larry (Diane) of Havasu City, AZ, Bruce (Michelle), David (Michelle), Ronald Plank, Stanley, Susan (Ronald Plank), Doreen (Donald Quistorff), Anne of Northfield, Renee of Duluth and Deborah of Northfield; his daughter-in-law Sharon Nord; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Maring (Phyllis) and Rose Maring. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Social distancing and masks are required. Due to Pandemic restrictions, a private service will be held for family members at Vang Lutheran Church, 2060 County 49 Blvd., Dennison, MN.
