He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Stemmann; and his brother Larry Betcher. He is survived by: his children, Cammy Kohutko (Dave) of Lake City, Travis Betcher (Shannon) of Goodhue, Nicole Betcher of Goodhue and Scott Betcher (Beth) of Lakeville; his grandchildren, Madisen, Taylor Betcher, Emelyn, Greyson and Oliver Betcher; his siblings, Bill Betcher (Judy) of Cannon Falls, Curt Betcher (Kathi) of Rapid City, SD, Dave Betcher (Kay) of Red Wing and Ruth Betcher of Rochester; and his sisters-in-law, Krista Betcher of Northfield and Diane Johnson (Dennis) of Cannon Falls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to St. John's Church or the Bellechester American Legion Post 598.
