In loving memory of Marcia Matthees of Goodhue, Minnesota, born in Red Wing, Minnesota, who departed this world on September 20, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Matthees; her son Jonathan; and her siblings, Gail, John and Rebecca Diercks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Langerud (Steve) of Underwood, Minn, Dawn Lunde (Jerry) of Frazee and Joy Miller (David) of Goodhue; her grandchildren, Lance Langem (Ryan), Tyler Lunde (Jana), Luke Langerud (Amber), Mikayla Miller, Taylor Lunde, Madison Miller, Cameron Lunde (Leah) and Tori Miller; her great grandchildren, Blair Ingebrigtson, Ellie, Lee, Logan Langrud and Kaelyn Miller; and her siblings, Rita Jurgens and Gary Diercks (Phyllis). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (36620 County 4 Blvd, Goodhue, MN 55027). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the St. Johns Lutheran Church or School.
